ANDREW SCOTT, DHS, MS

Andrew is a Director of Population Health at Goldman Sachs, where he has researched, developed, and delivered health and wellness programs impacting 30,000 employees while managing a seven-person team. Andrew has deep expertise in Population Health, Health/Clinical Data Analytics, Advising Leadership, Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, Lowering Costs of Care, Program Design and Implementation.

Andrew works with clinical, wellness, and benefits leaders to build strategic roadmaps to deliver against population health performance goals on a regional and global scale. He is highly effective in the field of Population Health & Wellness, with experience in director and manager roles overseeing data collection and analytics to improve benefits, health, and wellness for tens of thousands of people.

Andrew has a history of designing, implementing, and evaluating programs, with a reputation for being resourceful and building initiatives from the ground up. He holds a Doctor of Health Sciences Degree with an emphasis in Health Systems Administration.

In a prior role with Dakota Medical Foundation, established a workplace benefit and wellness initiative from the ground up, securing participation by more than 400 businesses throughout North Dakota.

Andrew received his doctorate degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) where he focused on the influence of social determinants of health on lifestyle behaviors and healthcare utilization. He received his master’s degree from the University of Texas at Tyler where he studied clinical physiology and nutrition. Andrew is passionate about empowering individuals to become active participants in their own health and healthcare. Andrew is married with four boys and currently resides in Fargo, North Dakota.
