country, assisting community developers, production home builders, and Homeowner Associations in creating a distinct sense of place. She leverages consumer trends to influence design, operations, technology, and programming, aligning the overall experience with the community's pillars and developer vision.

Debra's extensive knowledge of community development enables her to assist clients in establishing and evaluating their placemaking and community experience strategy at any stage of the development process.
